HOW WE APPROACH THE WORK
First the project; then the process
In product handling services, two jobs that appear similar can require very different organisation. References, materials, number of operations, final presentation, quantities or deadlines may change. That is why CMS starts by understanding what the company needs to achieve and which conditions the final result must meet.
From there, the sequence is defined: material preparation, assembly, boxing, labelling, shrink wrapping, packing, pack composition or other operations that can be combined. If the job does not fit a standard category, we assess it as a custom project.
Direct communication
We aim to resolve instructions, changes and questions clearly. Direct communication reduces interpretation errors and helps client and supplier work from the same product reference, quantities and expected result.
Flexibility according to the project
Not every client needs the same type of product handling or the same combination of operations. Our proposal is adapted to the work that has been reviewed, without claiming capacities, materials, certifications or deadlines that have not been previously validated.
