Defining the job properly reduces errors later
A product handling project may include several references, components, formats or assembly instructions. That is why, before starting, it is important for the product, units, materials and expected result to be clearly identified.
When the client has photographs, samples, instructions or documentation, that information helps define the sequence. If there is not yet a final specification sheet, we can start from an explanation of the required result and review which details are still needed to assess the process.
Control adapted to each operation
Not every task requires the same checks. Boxing, labelling, shrink wrapping and technical assembly each have different review points. Control is organised according to the agreed operations and the references involved in the job.
Final review and coordination
Once completed, the product is prepared according to the format or grouping that has been defined. Any specific presentation, identification or conditioning requirement must be included in the project instructions.
